CUSTOMISE YOUR OWN FINGER BUFFETS

Bread: Assorted sandwiches, bridge rolls, half wraps

Chicken: Breaded chicken fillets, Southern seasoned chicken fillets, roast drumsicks (plain or Southern), sate, cocktail chicken kebabs, premium chicken nuggets, mini chicken salsa wraps

Fish: Breaded butterfly king prawns, mini oriental crab cakes (with a sweet chilli dip), breaded lemon sole or salmon goujons with a tartar sauce, salmon brochettes, prawns in filo pastry, torpedo prawns in a Japanese crumb, Haddock & Gruyere puffs

Vegetarian: Spinach & feta gougons, vegetable sate, mini samosa, curried sweet potato bites, onion bhajee & mint yoghurt dip, scone bites (savoury scone base with red pepper, spicy mango and florentine toppings), cheese puffs, cheese straws, mini spring rolls, torilla bites, falafel, cocktail quiche, breaded mushrooms with a garlic dip, jalapeno hot bites (stuffed with cream cheese)

Savories: Stuffed cocktail croissants, mini quiche, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, scotch eggs quarters, mixed crolines, mixed crisp platter

Dessert: Fresh cream scones, lemon cake, triple chocolate shortbread, mini danish pastries, mini muffins (blueberry or chocolate)

Fruit: Garnished fruit bowl, sliced fruit platter (pineapple, kiwi, melon, seasonal fruits), fruit kebabs (a fine selection of seasonal fruits on a skewer)
